Dr. Guidotti frequently and authoritatively reviews medical records for disability review, causation analysis, to identify occupational health risks, and for medicolegal cases.
Although he does not keep regular clinic hours or accept self-referrals, Dr. Guidotti may see selected patients by pre-arranged medical referral or on a contract basis for occupational and environmental issues. Most of these visits are independent medical evaluations although he does perform clinical consultation in unusual cases within his areas of interest.
Dr. Guidotti does not assume treatment or manage care for patients. His role is strictly that of a consultant or advisor.
Unfortunately, due to the low volume and specialized nature of his clinical services, his office is not set up to bill insurance or Medicare, other than workers’ compensation carriers requesting IMEs.
