Dr. Guidotti is a medical doctor, licensed in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and registered in the province of Ontario. His clinical medical practice is primarily undertaken in support of his consulting and contract activities, and in the evaluation of complex or specialized cases.
Although he does not keep regular clinic hours or accept self-referrals, Dr. Guidotti sees selected patients by pre-arranged medical referral or on a contract basis for occupational and environmental issues, independent medical evaluations, or clinical consultation. Unfortunately, due to the low volume and specialized nature of his clinical services, his office cannot bill to insurance carriers.
He frequently and authoritatively reviews medical records for disability review, to identify occupational health risks, and for medicolegal cases.
